Questions
Plain answers.
- Can you read my messages?
- We don’t read your chats and we don’t store them. But honestly: the guard is itself a logged-in session, so Telegram updates (which can include messages) pass through the enclave’s memory in real time, the same way they reach any of your devices. We don’t log them, store them, or use them for anything but the guard. We can’t say they never touch us; we can say we don’t keep them.
- What if a hacker is fast?
- They might catch a glimpse in the seconds before we remove them. We won’t claim otherwise. What we guarantee is that they don’t get to stay, and they can’t lock you out of your own account.
- Do I have to keep an app open?
- No. Set your devices once. Sessions runs in the background, 24/7, and pings you only when something happens. There is no dashboard to babysit.
- Is it really non-custodial?
- You stay in control the whole time, and you can revoke us any time. The guard holds a login for your account, encrypted so only the sealed, attested code can open it; the machine that runs it can’t read it, and neither can we in normal operation. We never hold your password. We won’t claim it’s mathematically impossible for us to ever reach it; we’ve built it so we don’t and can’t in operation, and you keep the keys.
- Does it protect my crypto wallet?
- No, and we won’t pretend it does. Sessions protects your Telegram account. Your wallet is a different door. We’re honest about which one we guard.
- Who is it for?
- Anyone in crypto who lives on Telegram. Founders, traders, and regular people in crypto groups who don’t want to be the next “don’t click anything from me” message.
